office in Arusha. Position entails overall responsibility for the
company's East Africa operations in Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda. Must
have proven track record in the tourism industry with minimum 10 years
experience. Must be well-connected at a high level in the East African
hospitality industry, able to negotiate at owner/director level,
proven problem-solving abilities, analytical mind, good business
sense, goal-driven, proven team-leader, able to work under pressure
and with speed, good computer skills, able to travel at short notice,
own 4x4 vehicle. Fluency in Swahili advantageous. Ideally be able to
