| Duties And Responsibilities · Develop the credit policy of TMRC which amongst other include, collateral eligibility guidelines, collateralization requirements for different types of assets and borrowers procedures for managing and realizing collateral · Undertakes underwriting/ inspections of client loan portfolios · Undertakes regular reviews of credit limits of client · Analysis of banks’ operation under mortgage lending such as mortgage rates offered, tenure of loans, default rates etc · Prepares suggested amendments in the process and procedure for TMRC’s refinancing of mortgages in line with market needs Qualifications And Requirements · Degree in Economics/ Banking.
